Amateur bakers only.
Any age may enter. One entry per person.
Recipe must be made as a traditional apple pie, therefore, there can be no other fruit in this recipe. Recipes submitted must be cooked as indicated with the ingredients listed.
All pies must be completely cooled.
A two-crusted pie must be submitted for judging. The pie and recipes become the property of Houlton Fair. All pies must be submitted in a disposable container. Containers will not be returned.
All entries must be accompanied by the recipe neatly printed. No names are
to appear on the recipe.
Score sheets will remain confidential. Decisions of the judges will be final.
Entries must be brought to the Exhibit Hall (Civic Center). You may enter through Elm St. Extension (if only dropping off, no fair parking) on Sunday, July 2nd from 10:00am- 12pm.
No late entries will be accepted.

The Houlton Agricultural Fair is an agricultural and recreational event held every year in Houlton, Maine. Our goal is to provide education around Aroostook County’s lifeblood – agriculture – through entertainment, showcases and demonstrations.
