Amateur bakers only.
Any age may enter. One entry per person.
Entries must be a minimum of 12 servings.
All entries must be accompanied by the recipe neatly printed. No names are to appear on the recipe.
Chili and recipe become the property of Houlton Fair. Chili may be submitted in a crock pot or returnable container. Containers must be picked up by Monday, July 3rd at 7pm.
Score sheets will remain confidential. Decisions of the judges will be final.
Entries must be brought to the Exhibit Hall (Civic Center). You may enter through Elm St. Extension (if only dropping off, no fair parking) on Sunday, July 2nd from 10:00am- 12pm.
No late entries will be accepted.

The Houlton Agricultural Fair is an agricultural and recreational event held every year in Houlton, Maine. Our goal is to provide education around Aroostook County’s lifeblood – agriculture – through entertainment, showcases and demonstrations.
