Amateur cooks only.
Any age may enter. One entry per person.
Salad must be a minimum of 12 servings.
All entries must be accompanied by the recipe neatly printed. No names are
to appear on the recipe.
Salad and recipe becomes the property of Houlton Fair. Salad must be submitted in a disposable container. Containers will not be returned.
Score sheets will remain confidential. Decisions of the judges will be final.
Entries must be brought to the Exhibit Hall (Civic Center). You may enter through Elm St. Extension (if only dropping off, no fair parking) on Saturday, July 1st from 10:00am- 12:00pm.
No late entries will be accepted.

The Houlton Agricultural Fair is an agricultural and recreational event held every year in Houlton, Maine. Our goal is to provide education around Aroostook County’s lifeblood – agriculture – through entertainment, showcases and demonstrations.
